After a Microsoft update for Windows XP on July, which changes the DNS settings for Windows, computers with ZoneAlarm Firewall installed lost all connectivity to the internet. ZoneAlarm solved this problem. You may either uninstall the Microsoft update, or download and run the upgraded setup package of ZoneAlarm.

Please note, the free ZoneAlarm is referred in the download list as ZoneAlarm Basic Firewall; this is the version you should download if you are using the Free ZoneAlarm.
