Web Replay is a free and easy to use browser macro recorder. It integrates with Internet Explorer and Firefox  allowing you to automate multi-step web tasks by recording them as macros that can be executed with a single click from the toolbar.

Web Replay can optionally store login information, to let you automatically login and navigate to a specific page with a single click.

In addition to web macro recording, Web Replay can also act as a form filler, take website snapshots and generate secure passwords.

A commercial version is available that adds synchronization with USB drives.
