Keyboard Shortcut for MS Word Quick Access Toolbar

MS Word Ribbon is not flexible enough, as you may know, but you have the option of customizing a Quick Access Toolbar, which is a place for the icons of Word commands in the Title Bar.

You can access these icons using your mouse, but you can access them also with keyboard shortcuts.

Press Alt and a number to execute any of your Quick Access Toolbar commands.

Alt by itself activates this toolbar and the Ribbon, but if you press also a number you can run immediately a command that corresponds to an icon you placed there.

Enjoy!

Being yourself an author or student you will perhaps appreciate especially this feature, that the very structure of the book will teach you how to work.

The book contains even chapters on how to prepare a document for professional publishers such as Amazon.

Reading Steven Adams' Writing a book or thesis in Microsoft Word you are surprised realizing it makes you want to work -- to think, write, use Word and be creative!
