Camera Mouse is a free and efficient program that will help people with special abilities. If you face difficulties moving your hands but you are able to move your head, you may like to try this program. It will cooperate with webcams built in your PC or are connected in a USB port.
Camera Mouse recognizes distinctive features in your face letting you select any of them to be used as a point that will move the mouse cursor.
The program includes an option to click after the cursor is held for a certain amount of time over a particular element, and double click if before this you press a special on-screen mouse button.
