CopyURL is a free, portable and small (less than 1 MB) application that will let you keep URLs that you copy along with a comment, if you wish.

It watches the clipboard for web addresses you copy and saves them with a comment, or just with their title, which is automatically read from the web page when you copy the URL.

CopyURL is a portable application – you don’t need to install, just unpack and run. If you want it to start with Windows, create a shortcut in the Windows StartUp folder.
