When you try to open an iis site with Expression Web you may encounter errors such as missing FrontPage extensions, 403 access forbidden, etc.
Note that you don’t need Front Page extensions; just configure site permissions to allow full access.
Do not forget to enable script source access.
If you receive errors for authentication, configure site-security enabling both anonymous access and integrated windows authentication (last option at the bottom).
