Photo Editor is a free program that will let you apply several corrections and enhancement to your photos.
You can use it to fix the usual red eyes problem, modify the colors of an image, create funny sketches, add to your images light effects, resample and crop.
Use the Denoise tool to fix the luminance of your photo and clean color noise.
The Make Up tool provides a group of filters you can apply to retouch and revive your images.
Photo Editor supports also batch editing. This mode is also available in the contect menu of Windows Explorer. Just right click any number of images, and enjoy!
