Removing all the Auto Correct entries from MS Word easily

Unfortunately Word lets you delete Auto Correct entries one by one only. What if you don’t need them, preferring instead to start adding your own entries whenever you want one?

There is a simple way to get rid of all Auto Correct entries. Just open the Macro editor of Word and paste this macro:

Sub DeleteAutoCorrectEntries()
    Dim acEntry As AutoCorrectEntry
    For Each acEntry In AutoCorrect.Entries
    Next acEntry
End Sub

Run it and Enjoy, but first make a backup, just in case you’d like to revert this deletion. Word 2013 saves its Auto Correct entries at :\Users\YourAccountName\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Office\MSO1032.acl — Or, even better, download the free Auto Correct Saver and let it do all the hard Backup and Restore jobs itself.
