Automatically allocate more or less bandwidth to a process, with NetBalancer
NetBalancer is a free program (with some limitations) you can use to monitor and control your internet connection, allocating bandwidth where is most needed.
The program is able to adjust download and upload priorities for any application and to monitor their internet traffic.
Applications configured with a higher priority, automatically have more bandwidth available for them than those with a lower priority.
The most important difference of NetBalancer from similar software is that it relies on priorities, which means that bandwidth allocation is not permanent: low priority apps won’t be limited if higher priority apps don’t even use the network simultaneously.
Please note that the free version is limited to a maximum of 3 apps and 3 rules at a time.
