To open a folder in Explorer view, without changing the global configuration, create a new shortcut targeting to

c:\windows\explorer.exe /n,/e,d:\

* Replace “windows” for the directory where you have Windows installed;

* Replace d:\ for any folder you’d like to open in Explorer view.
