Vidcutter is a free program that will let you trim your videos. The process is simple, click the open button, load your video and use the start and end buttons to define parts.
Vidcutter cuts videos and joins clips without re-encoding, which means it is fast and doesn’t reduce their quality. The built-in player lets you preview your videos and move the marker one frame at a time to ensure the clip is trimmed as accurately as possible.
