Print, copy, save file and folder names and paths, with Karen Directory Printer

Karen’s Directory Printer is a small and free utility that will let you print the name of every file on a drive, along with the file’s size, date and time of last modification, and attributes (Read-Only, Hidden, System and Archive)!

The list of files can be sorted by name, size, date created, date last modified, or date of last access. You can also highlight executables or macro files. The results can be printed or saved in a text file.

It is obvious that this folder/file printer/saver is meant to help in various computer technical needs. This is the reason why it misses some features I would expect, as is the possibility of changing the results before printing or saving, e.g. removing dashes, capitalizing the letters (all caps, small caps, title caps), etc. What if I wanted to give the contents of my mp3 collection to a friend?

Still Karen’s freeware file-folder name saver is very useful, and if you don’t want to use it for technical reasons, where many details are needed, do some search-and-replace in its results to customize them further.
