Schedule a Windows shutdown, restart, stand by, log off, hibernate, with Auto Shutdown
Auto Shutdown is a free utility that will let you schedule easily a Windows shut down, restart, log off, stand by & hibernate.
You can use Auto Shutdown to turn off Windows at a specific time and date, at specific times on specific week days, after a specific period of time from now, or at a specific time after system reboot.
The program works even on Windows 7 and the only drawback I noticed, is that immediately when it starts selects the first available option of Shutting Windows down 1 min from ‘now’, which makes one uneasy that a shutdown is probable, although the choice is indeed activated only after pressing the “apply” button.
