MS Word keyboard shortcut for Full Screen mode
This is a way to enjoy Microsoft Word in the real full screen mode.
Just press Alt+V together, and then release them and press U.
In this mode Word uses all of your screen, except for the taskbar (you can use Taskbar Control to make the taskbar also disappear temporarily), and it won’t display its titlebar, menubar, statusbar — nothing except the scrollbar at the right to let you scroll up and down in your document using your mouse.
To exit full screen mode, just press the Escape button.
Enjoy!

Being yourself an author or student you will perhaps appreciate especially this feature, that the very structure of the book will teach you how to work. The book contains even chapters on how to prepare a document for professional publishers such as Amazon. Reading Steven Adams' Writing a book or thesis in Microsoft Word you are surprised realizing it makes you want to work -- to think, write, use Word and be creative! |
