Delete easily files and shortcuts amassed on the Desktop

It may happen by accident even that, to copy a really lot of files directly on your Desktop, after that being unable to manage them since they are so many – you can’t even see all of them!
Do not panic!, it is easy to free yourself from the situation.
Just open your Desktop as a normal folder in Windows Explorer, and manage your files as you wish — delete, move to other folders, etc
To open your Desktop as a normal folder, press Win+R, in the dialogue that opens write just the word desktop, and hit Enter.
