3D Pinball Space Cadet for Windows is free and well designed, although on a limited size; the game provides a full screen option, but at least on my 2560×1440 screen the graphics appeared a little pixelated and blurry.

Unfortunately you have to choose between only an 600×400 windowed mode and full screen.

3D Pinball supports up to 4 player games, with or without music and sounds. Player controls can be customized. I’d prefer also that this comic scene at the top right corner were absent, but others may like it.
