Q: Suddenly the plugin stopped working, it won’t give a share prompt!

A: Social Share Motivator gives a share prompt only if a visitor has not shared a page. If you shared your page yourself in order to see the plugin in action, it is normal that the plugin won’t give you now a share prompt. To see it again in action on your page you have to delete its cookies, or open your page with some other browser, which is the easiest way.

Q: The plugin works on my home (front) page, but not in particular posts.

A: Check the plugin options (WordPress admin pages > Settings > Social Share Motivator): have you put a checkmark in the little “Posts” box?

Q: It does not work on the front page, only in ‘internal’ pages (posts, categories, etc.)

A: This is a (very rare) occasion of incompatibility with a theme. You must conform with the idea of the Share prompt not appearing in the front page, or change theme.
