Auto Delete is a freeware utility that will let you delete files automatically from a specific folder, if they are older than the specified time. (It checks modification time).

You can have it run on startup to delete old temp files, backups, webcam snapshots history, temporary internet files, etc.

The (serious) problem is that you can not define more than one folder as an auto-delete target.
