Analyze, verify and repair corrupted files, with parity volumes, using QuickPar
by
·
QuickPar is a free program you can use to create Parity Volumes after the Reed Solomon algorithm.
Parity Volumes can verify that your files are not corrupted.
They can also help you to reconstruct damaged files (if you have a sufficient quantity of Parity Volumes in order to match missing or damaged files).
To verify or repair data, double click (or right click and choose “Open with QuickPar”) a PAR2 file in Windows Explorer, or start QuickPar and click “Open”.
QuickPar then starts to analyse the PAR2 files, verifying all the files that they protect.
