AnimaShooter Junior is a free program that will let you combine multiple shots from your camera in a stop motion animation.

The app captures in a timeline your web camera frames. After you finish adding shots you can view and fine tune the sequence moving and deleting as you need, even duplicating any of them until you have created your animation.

AnimaShooter captures in HD quality and it also lets you select resolution, rotate or resize your images.
