WinMend File Splitter is a free program that will let you split and merge a file.
It can split your files into a specified number of blocks or at specified unit sizes, so that they can be easily attached to an email, or stored in a removable device, as USB drive, CD ROMs, etc.
The program can merge files located in the same directory back into a new file identical to the original.
