Form fully qualified URL links from selected files or folders, with Copy as URL

There is a number of good text editors that will help you browse and create hyperlinks to local files, but simple text editors won’t provide for that.

Copy as URL will give you the ability to quickly copy a file location in the correct link format.

CopyAsUrl adds an entry to the context menu of Windows Explorer, to form a fully qualified URL link from a selected file or folder. Just right-click on a file or folder in Windows Explorer and choose “Copy As URL”. The result will be copied to the clipboard, ready to be pasted wherever you want.

Copy As Url is small and effective.
