Postpone the execution of a program, with Delayer
Delayer is a free command line tool that will let you delay the execution of a program by a specified number of seconds (up to 24 days).
Delayer primarily is used for programs in the StartUp group (which Windows runs automatically each time you log on), programs that don’t operate properly if executed immediately, or multiple programs that need delays between them.
