Contort is a free program you can use to play with your images applying distortions and effects.
The program won’t excite you with its interface but it’s easy to use. Just select a part of your image you’d like to change and browse the program’s option for the effects and transformation you’d like to apply.
Contort is able to produce some funny or interesting effects. Merging parts of two images you can create nice monstrous effects!
