Cute Puppy Clock is a small and free program that will put a puppy on your desktop and display the current time.

You may choose a puppy from a number of cuties, you can place it anywhere on your desktop by drag&drop, and adjust it’s transparency as you wish.

Note that you cannot change how the time appears (font, size, etc) or display the date besides time.
