Wintree is a free program that will let you represent complete family trees (ascent and descent).
For an individual you can represent on the same page 62 generations of ascendants and 62 generations of descendants.
Wintree optimizes the look of a tree by minimizing spaces between boxes. Thus on an A4 page, you can represent 250 people of a dozen generations.
The software was tested with a tree of 9000 people – 42 generations.
