SB Wallpaper Changer is a free Android app and is among the first you’d like to try if you search for apps that would make your phone more interesting. The app includes lots of options but it’s well organized and you won’t face any problem to understand what to do.

You can select a full folder that the app will use to pick wallpapers and use them in the log screen on in the home screen. You can have them change whenever you open the phone, after x amount of time, etc.
