Find and Run Robot takes advantage of “live search” to locate programs and documents.
When you press its (customizable) shortcut key, FARR appears on screen and you can start typing the name of any application you like to use. After each letter you type, new results appear instantly. Press enter to launch a program, or even add modifiers and commands.
You can use also this program to perform web searches, send mail, manipulate files, control windows on-screen, and more.
You can also build and share custom commands of yours or install addons to use new features, such searching clipboard history and internet bookmarks, and more..
