Seeker is a free utility that will let you search your computer for files or search inside files. Seeker will also let you replace content text. It supports regular expressions and command line parameters.
All results from Seeker can be viewed in one of four advanced reporting modes – Detailed file list, Structured report, Summary report, and Summary report with file list.
