WebM for Retards is a GUI and command prompt supported converter to WebM video.

If you are a power user you may prefer command prompt and use AviSynth scripts, but the program includes a nice GUI you can use to choose your movie and convert it.

WebM is not really for retards, but it will let you also adjust encoding parameters such as bitrate or colors, exclude conversion of audio, add subtitles, crop, resize, watermark (picture and text), reverse playback, trim or rotate.
