Web Resizer is a free program you can use to convert and compress common graphic formats, such as JPEG, PNG, WMF, TGA, etc, to standard web graphic formats i. e. JPEG and PNG.
The program lets you make profiles to use them whenever you need. You can preview the result before resizing. You can change DPI, apply a resampling filter to make better quality conversions, use sepia tone or black & white (grayscale) conversion, progressive JPEG.
You can also enhance contrast and brightness, sharpen, rename, insert text as watermark, rotate, save a log file and save all resized images to a ZIP archive.
Note that WebResizer does not support transparency in the watermark text.
