MS Word shortcut to change case for capital, title, small letters

You may not know or just try to recall this keyboard shortcut that lets you immediately change the case of selected text in a Word document, if everything is in capital letters and you want it in small letters or in title case, etc.

Here you are:

Press Shift+F3 and keep on pressing it until you find the case that you need. Shift+F3 will let you cycle through ALL CAPS, all lowercase, and All Title Case.

For a much more convenient way, get the free Case Transformer, a powerful utility that works with all text editors, Notepads, Text boxes, wherever there is editable text, transforming the case into UPPER, lower, Sentece case, Title Case, even iNVERTED.

Being yourself an author or student you will perhaps appreciate especially this feature, that the very structure of the book will teach you how to work.

The book contains even chapters on how to prepare a document for professional publishers such as Amazon.

Reading Steven Adams' Writing a book or thesis in Microsoft Word you are surprised realizing it makes you want to work -- to think, write, use Word and be creative!
