Terminate a program with a keyboard shortcut, using Super F4
by
·
SuperF4 is a freeware tool that will let you kill a program by pressing Ctrl+Alt+F4. The simple Alt+F4 only asks a program to exit, allowing it to decide for itself what to do.
You can also terminate a process instantly by pressing Win+F4 and then clicking the window with your mouse.
You can press escape or the right mouse button to exit this mode without killing a program.
Note that SuperF4 won’t give the program a chance to save unsaved work etc., so be cautious.
