Check your drive for bad sectors, with Macrorit Disk Scanner

If your hard disk started to cause problems, most probably the time has come for you to change it. You may have tried Windows CheckDisk to fix it, only to find out that the “fixed” remains a source of instability in your system. A new check and fix is just waste of time.
Macrorit Disk Scanner lets you scan a disk to discover bad blocks if they exist. The program is fast enough, although a large disk needs some time to be scanned as you can guess.
When bad blocks appear, it’s up to you if you keep your disk a little longer risking your data or change it immediately.
Hard disks are not the cheapest part in a PC, and unfortunately it’s not rare to damage.
