Identify in Task Manager processes with the same name

It’s not unusual for several processes to appear in the Task Manager with the exact same name. If you need to terminate a particular process, you just cannot identify it, unless you are sure how much memory it uses or what its numerical ID is!
Note that the Task Manager comes with a default columns setup, which you change. In the “Details” tab, right click on any column header and click the “Select columns” option.
When Task Manager pops up a dialogue with all available columns, locate and check the one named “Command line”. This column lets you see the executable of the process you are interested in. Now you can right click on that, and select the “End task” option to terminate it.
Enjoy!
