Tuna Day! One of my favorite meals! Of course I use tuna canned in water, which I cook without oil at all, just some chopped tomatoes, onion, basil, salt, pepper, a shot of white wine, and a small spoon of honey.
I boil whole wheat spaghetti separately, and I serve them with the tuna sauce at the top and Regato light cheese. A very simple and delicious recipe that needs just 15 minutes! Sometimes I use shrimps instead of tuna.
I don't like a salad with this dish, just wine or beer.
