Import messages to Outlook, even keeping folder structure, with Import EML add-in
Import EML to Outlook is a free (for non-commercial, home use only) add-in you can use to import to MS Outlook email messages you may have exported from some other application such as Thunderbird or even some other Outlook installation in EML or EMLX format.
You may have received some email messages in EML(X) format, or exported them yourself trying to migrate from some older app to Outlook, in any case this nice Outlook plugin can help.
To use Import EML to Outlook just select the source folder, where your EML messages are stored and the destination folder in Outlook. This is how “complex” the add-in’s interface is! It couldn’t have been simpler than that!
When you install the add-in you have the option of integrating it with Outlook. You don’t need to do that, but if you find it convenient, select the option and finish the installation.
