Meteor Defense is a free game that simulates the Atari topdown shooter space games, where you shoot all those meteors trying to survive in space.
When you attack a meteor successfully it dissolves into cosmic debris that makes your position even more dangerous, because if any of those little parts hits, your end is unavoidable!
As you destroy meteors your points increase as well as your chances to win, provides of course you remain alive.
To control your ship use the W A S D keys and to attack meteors use the spacebar.
