How to use Color Cop picker to choose colors

Convert Hexadecimal to RGB Decimal values — If Color Cop is in HTML or Delphi mode. Hex codes can be pasted/typed in and the the Color and RGB values will be given. This is not available for Visual Basic, Visual C++ or PowerBuilder modes.
Random Color Generator — Generates a Random color. Control+Z is the Hotkey.
Reverse Color Option — Selecting this option will reverse the current color. Black will become white, etc.
Magnifier with 1x-16x zoom — For areas of the screen with small icons or lots of colors, the Magnifier can be used to enlarge the area and then select colors. The magnification level can be changed by spinning the mouse wheel while magnifying or by clicking on the plus and minus buttons which are located to the right of the magnifier.
