August 2008 »This is a windows color scheme that allows you to have less raised buttons, less bold lines, etc. – in general a smooth, clean and comfortable interface. This is a color scheme; it won’t change anything in your computer, except for colors.

Installation is manual (you control everything) and easy (if you are familiar with copying and pasting in Windows Notepad, and opening the Control Panel to apply themes.)
