Deep Scan mode is very slow if you have a large disk (about an hour for a 320 GB disk), but you will need it, if in quick mode you don’t find your deleted file. The less data you wrote on your disk after you accidentally deleted your file, the more chances you have to find it and restore it with Recuva or similar programs.
