Calorie tracker is a free program to use on the web. A visual display tells you how your day has gone.

Features: Calorie Counter: Over 30,000 foods included. Fitness Tracker: Plan your workout; Know how many calories you are burning. Meal planner: It is easier to diet if you plan your meals; The meal planner allows you to create and edit meals; Make 1000, 1200, 2000 or 4000 calorie plans. Recipe builder: Enter your favorite recipes and get estimates on the calories, and nutrition of your food; Shopping lists: Enter your foods for the week, print a shopping list. Journals and Reports: Keep track of your progress.

This program is multi-user; You must set up (free) an account when you start.
