Diet Wizard is a free utility for diet research and development. It is built to cover a wide range of tasks one may have while creating a diet.

Features: User feedback directs the development of the product; Portable Format Diet Wizard exploits XML specification for external data files; Select set of nutrients you want to observe or control (this allows you to concentrate only to the most important nutrients – the application provides requirements for some nutritients based on reports of IOM; Select ingredients consumed over period of time (Diet Wizard provides a USDA food database with more than 7,000 products); Energy calculation and decomposition - Diet Wizard calculates the total energy of consumed ingredients.
