Process Manager is a free utility that will let you have more control of your PC, by putting a menu of useful commands on each running application.

Process Manager Commands: Always on top; Hide any application (this will remove an application from the task bar, and it won’t be visible even at the Alt+Tab sequence; the only way to bring back a hidden application is by right clicking on the PM tray icon, where an “Unhide” command is available); Hide Others, will let you hide all running applications, except for the one you right clicked; Minimize to system tray will minimize any application to the tray; Transparency will change the transparency of any window; Priority will let you change on the fly the priority of an application; Preferences will let you configure which PM menus you want available.
