January 2009 »Parental Lock Guard is a free utility that will help you guard your PC. It can not be stopped in any way known to most people (without administrator’s password): no close button, usual “X” buttons, no Task Manager “End process” or any “third party” software utility can shut it down!
Parental Lock Guard can protect a PC from entire-day working, internet materials, folders viewing, renaming, deleting, and also from starting certain applications. Administrators have all the rights to control a PC.
