Cut large WAV files to pieces even without loading them, with Wave Splitter
Wave Splitter is a free program you can use to select and save a part of a .wav file without loading it into memory!
No matter how large the source file is, if you want to save a part of it, you can do it fast without wasting time and RAM.
Select your wav file, give a name to the wave file you want to save, or drag and drop the input file from Windows Explorer so that Wave Splitter will write the path for you. There is also an option of normalizing the part you are extracting.
The interface is simple and the commands obvious, but there is included also a help file in case that you need it.
