Firefox download folder: change it
Firefox can use a default location to save whatever you download.
This way you get rid of constant prompts to select a folder, and you know always where to find what you downloaded.
You can customize the downloads default location in Firefox easily.
Go to Tools > Options
In the first tab (General) check the Save files to option.
Click the Browse button to select a folder.
Note that this way you won’t have a chance to change the file name before you download a file.
