Jumplist Extender is a free application that will let you create custom entries in the jump lists of Windows 7.

You will be able to add any file and any folder to Windows 7 jumplists — even rename them on the list! Windows allows only to add files assigned to (or “openable by”) the program — Extender bypasses that limitation.

Import from or Export your jumplists to “Jumplist Packs”! Upload your Jumplist Pack to the web, and enable others to download and enjoy your work.

Unfortunately Jumplist Extender will popup alerts to make a donation to the author, it will even open a donation web page without asking you.
