Eyes Relax is a utility that will help you avoid eyes-related problems when working on a computer for several hours.

Concentrating your eyesight on a computer screen can cause eye strain. You can prevent this by taking regular breaks during work and looking at distant objects.

Eyes Relax is a tool that reminds about taking those breaks. It allows you to specify two independent (short and long) work periods, the length of the breaks, break types, notification sounds and more.

Eyes Relax has also parenting features. It can enter password-protected mode in which the user is forced to take breaks (during the break the computer is locked).

Eyes Relax can be also used as a portable program, storing its configuration in the program’s directory.
