Cut – Copy and Paste problem: Repair your Clipboard

It is strange, but sometimes the Windows clipboard refuses to respond, so that you remain unable to copy / cut and paste anything, from simple text, to files or folders.

The most probable cause of this seems to be a program that interferes with the Clipboard.

To find out the identity of that program, or just liberate your clipboard and start again to copy and paste without problems, you can use this small utility (20 KB), called GetOpenClipboardWindow.
